Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in Strategy, International Business
Position Overview
Tenure-track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (several posts) in Strategy, International Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources Management in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 536458). The appointment will commence on June 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Term of Appointment
The appointment will be on a three‑year fixed‑term basis, with the possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before the expiry of a second fixed‑term contract. Exceptionally outstanding candidates at the Professor/Associate Professor level may be considered for appointment on a tenure term.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Strategy, OB/HRM, Economics or other related fields, with the capability to conduct high‑quality research and teach relevant courses.
Remuneration and Benefits
Highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salary tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract‑end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
