About the Brand Dergano Gin is an ultra-premium spirit born in the heart of Milan. Infused with genuine gold flakes, it represents the intersection of Italian craftsmanship and modern luxury. We're looking to add to our Hong Kong sales team as we expand into the city's finest bars, private clubs, and luxury retailers.

The Role

• Market Growth: Expand our existing Route-to-Market, securing new listings in Top 50 Bars (HoReCa) and Luxury Retail.
• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle - from cold-calling prestige venues to ensuring the product is on the shelf and the staff is trained.
• Storytelling: Act as the face of the brand, hosting tastings and masterclasses for elite bartenders and potential clients.
• Reporting: Direct communication with the Founder in Milan to provide market insights and feedback.

Who You Are

• Already Active in the Field: You are currently working in HK's bar, restaurant, or luxury retail trade (e.g. as a sales rep, brand ambassador, or account manager for another beverage/spirits brand). This is not an entry point into the industry, we need someone with live relationships today.
• The Networker: You possess an existing "Address Book" of Hong Kong bar managers, F&B directors, and retail buyers.
• The Expert: Deep knowledge of spirits and mixology.
• The Closer: Results-driven with a hunger for growth and a passion for the "prestige" spirits sector.
• Bilingual: Professional fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Independent Operator: Able to work as a collaborator/consultant and invoice for services rendered (not a salaried role).

Compensation

• Base Commission: 8% per bottle sold.
• KPI Bonuses: Milestone incentives tied to volume targets and premium listing acquisitions.
