Digital Banking Director

Our client, a top-tier global banking group, is looking for a seasoned candidate for the position of Digital Banking Director .

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop all e-channel digital strategies, content management, web, mobile and other emerging digital technology;
• Work with the global team, develop overall strategies and project prioritization for the region;
• Lead the team in building a champion bank through continuous digital products and capabilities development and adoption;
• Monitor market trend and carry out competitive analysis of digital market;
• Support the management of multiple digital projects for on-time completion.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Computer Engineering / IT / e-commerce or any related subjects;
• Minimum of 15 years of management experience in business or technology areas with P&L responsibility;
• Possess strong cross-platform digital and technical knowledge;
• Strong leadership, project management, people and negotiations skills;
• Able to motivate others to strike for excellence;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
