About The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Manager will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership, supporting key transformation and organizational development initiatives across the group.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the management team on business turnaround and change initiatives from a people perspective. The successful candidate will help drive organizational effectiveness, build HR frameworks and governance structures, and establish modern people practices to support long-term business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders on strategic workforce and organizational planning.
- Support group-wide transformation, change management, and culture initiatives.
- Develop and strengthen HR frameworks, policies, and processes across multiple business units.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise stakeholders on organizational design and effectiveness to support business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- 10-15+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and organizational development.
- Prior corporate HR experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and change management principles.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing key business decisions.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
