Legal Consultant - Digital Asset, ECM / Structured Products

• Provide legal advice for equities, tokenized securities, structured and innovative products throughout their lifecycle
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts
• Build program-level documentation where needed
• Work with product, business, marketing and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
• Structure new initiatives and manage legal risk
• Liaise with regulators on legal matters relating to equities and tokenized securities products
• Manage external counsel
• Contribute to internal guidance and training
• Develop scalable legal processes and templates

Requirements

• 5-12+ years PQE
• Experience in structured products, ECM, derivatives or broader capital markets from in-house or private practice, and/or cryptocurrency, digital assets or tokenization products
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams
• Must possess necessary legal authorization to work
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and proof of identity
