Jobtailor seeks an experienced in-house Legal Counsel in Hong Kong to provide advice on equities, tokenized securities, and structured products across their lifecycle. You will draft and negotiate offering documents and contracts, and liaise with regulators while managing external counsel.

You will collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions, structuring new initiatives and building scalable, compliant processes to minimize risk.
