Portfolio Manager (Digital Asset)

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CIO on portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment strategy across digital assets, equities and derivatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposures, liquidity and risk, and recommend adjustments to portfolio positioning, sizing and hedging.
• Develop independent investment ideas using fundamental, technical, macroeconomic and quantitative analysis.
• Conduct technical and market-structure analysis to identify trends, momentum, volatility regimes, entry/exit opportunities and potential market inflection points.
• Monitor market developments, price action, liquidity, volatility and derivatives indicators to identify opportunities and emerging risks.
• Recommend appropriate position sizing, entry and exit levels, stop-loss parameters, hedging and portfolio rebalancing.
• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing and proactively recommend actions to manage market, liquidity, concentration and counterparty risks.
• Maintain a disciplined investment process and clear documentation of investment theses, portfolio decisions and risk considerations.
• Work closely with trading and operations teams to execute portfolio decisions efficiently across traditional and digital asset markets.
• Evaluate execution strategies with consideration for liquidity, market impact and transaction costs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant investment experience, ideally with direct portfolio management, investment decision-making or risk-taking responsibility.
• Strong experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation and risk management.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and both fundamental and technical investment analysis.
• Meaningful professional experience and strong understanding of digital assets / cryptocurrency markets.
• Good understanding of derivatives, market structure, liquidity and trading execution.
• Proven ability to develop independent investment views and translate them into actionable portfolio decisions.
• Strong analytical judgement, intellectual curiosity and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving investment environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
