We are currently seeking motivated (Senior) Product Specialists to join growing commercial teams across multiple healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned territories/accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Promote and sell medical devices, capital equipment, consumables, or healthcare technology solutions
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and educational activities
• Provide product training, clinical support, and technical assistance to customers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital management
• Support tender submissions, procurement activities, quotations, and contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and business reports
• Participate in product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• 1-5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or related healthcare sales
• Experience working with hospital-based products, medical devices, consumables, capital equipment, or healthcare technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with Hong Kong public and private healthcare systems is advantageous
• Understanding of tender and procurement processes is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for senior-level positions
