Links International is seeking a skilled equity capital market professional to support ECM execution, financial modeling, and deal structuring from Hong Kong. You will prepare business plans and pitch books for IPO pitches and aid in planning, documentation, and materials preparation for listings.
The role also involves industry research, financial analysis, and coordinating IPO/placement orders, roadshows, and deal settlements with cross-border teams.
