Manager / Senior Manager - Overseas Market
Based in Hong Kong
Fully in charge of overseas market strategy and operations
Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Planning and Implementation
- Formulate the group's globalization strategy, clarify the expansion path and medium-to-long-term goals for key overseas markets (Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, Belt and Road countries).
- Lead overseas market entry, business layout, and License-in/out strategies to build a global commercial system.
- Coordinate the operation of overseas subsidiaries/offices to ensure the in-depth integration of group strategy and regional business.
2. Operation and Performance Management
- Fully responsible for overseas market revenue, profit and market share targets, formulate annual business plans and budgets.
- Monitor global business data, dynamically optimize regional strategies, product portfolios and resource allocation to ensure performance achievement.
3. Team and System Construction
- Build and lead a global management team, establish an overseas talent echelon and performance management system.
- Establish cross-regional and cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, coordinate R&D, production, registration and supply chain to support overseas business.
4. Business and Compliance
- Lead international business cooperation, government relations, channel and KOL network construction.
- Ensure that overseas business complies with FDA, EMA, WHO and local drug regulatory laws and regulations, anti-commercial bribery and other compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Education : Master's degree or above in Pharmacy, Biology, International Trade, MBA or related fields.
- Experience : More than 10 years of experience in the transnational pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, more than 6 years experience in overseas markets.
- Competencies : Proficient in the global pharmaceutical/healthcare market pattern, registration and access, and the entire commercialization process; excellent strategic thinking, cross-cultural management, business negotiation and team leadership skills.
- Language : Fluent in both Chinese and English, multi-language proficiency is preferred; able to adapt to high-frequency global business trips.
