Key Responsibilities:
Medical Strategy Development
- Lead the medical strategy and evidence generation planning throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Formulate core medical strategies based on therapeutic area insights and competitor dynamics, build compelling academic/scientific narratives, and guide medical communications.
Medical Communication & Evidence-Based Construction
- Conduct high-quality academic visits and deliver accurate medical information.
- Initiate and participate in clinical studies, and gather valuable clinical insights from the field.
Project Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of post-marketing clinical studies, basic research, and other medical projects.
- Establish project milestone plans and track deliverables to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide clinical evidence support and medical training.
- Ensure that all medical communication is scientifically accurate, collaborating to drive the product's full value chain operations.
Internal Training
- Conduct internal training and mentorship, maintain the medical knowledge management platform, and optimize workflow efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Education : Master’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Pharmacy, or related life science disciplines.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Affairs (MA) professional or Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) in the fields of Neuropsychiatry, Dermatology, or Respiratory.
- Core Competencies : Proven capabilities in medical strategy formulation, KOL engagement & relationship management, and project management.
- Soft Skills : Strong team spirit, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
