Senior Talent Management Executive (Ref: 260000U0)

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the planning and implementation of corporate graduate recruitment campaign including employer branding activities, end-to-end recruitment process, candidate engagement and onboarding
• Support the assessment, career development and engagement of graduate trainees
• Coordinate youth initiatives and other talent development initiatives
• Manage talent platforms, dashboards and drive digital initiatives
• Support other talent assessment and development programmes

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in talent management, training and development, or related HR disciplines
• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to manage work independently
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions
• Experience in delivering large-scale recruitment campaign or digital solutions would be advantages
