Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns acrossSearch, Display, and Social platformsto maximize ROI

• Analyze campaign and website data to generateactionable insights and recommendations

• Monitor performance against KPIs and implementdata-driven optimizations

• Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto identify opportunities

• Scale campaigns to improvereach, exposure, and efficiency

• Work closely with internal teams to ensureintegrated execution and accurate reporting

• Prepareperformance reports and client-facing presentations

Requirements

• Over 2 years’ experience indigital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)

• Strong understanding ofPerformance Marketing / eCommerce

• Hands-on experience with platforms such asGoogle Ads, Meta, or programmatic toolsis an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Goodclient-facing and communication skills

• Proactive and able to work in afast-paced agency environment

• Fluent inEnglish and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
