The group seeks a seasoned Head of Legal & Compliance to oversee legal, compliance, governance and company secretarial matters across the organization. Reporting to the Chairman, you will lead strategic advisory, manage regulatory risk, and support major transactions and investments.
You will work closely with senior executives, develop compliance frameworks, and ensure robust governance across the portfolio.
