Moët Hennessy Travel Retail works in close relationship with its Duty-Free customers to deliver unique brand experience in biggest Airports and Downtown stores across the world. In this highly dynamic environment, our team is dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio. This creates exciting opportunities, and we're thrilled to announce the opening for a Business Analyst Intern in our Moët Hennessy Travel Retail Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting October 2026 till April 2026.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

• Assist to consolidate and report the monthly business performance based on external and internal data.
• Engage with the Sales Teams for performance review and provide insights from data.
• Assist on budget preparation and provide support during presentation.
• Lead the creation of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) Purchase Orders (POs), invoice review and submission
• to Accounts Payable.
• Develop excel spreadsheet for business review purposes.
• Support Senior Business Analyst for any analytical and process improvement tasks.

What will you learn…

• By conducting research and analysis, you will develop your ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• By being involved in key activations, you will build up the sense of overall consideration for a proper and successful activation, essential to driving success.
• Through day-to-day analysis on the performance of Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) in different locations, you will gain insights on latest market trends and understand more on MH brands
• By contributing to projects, you will develop creative problem-solving skills, gain practical Excel experience through daily use, and refine your ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
