Business Analyst / Tester (Insurance)
The Company
Leading insurance company headquartered in Hong Kong, known for its tech-enabled platform.
The Role
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for digital transformation and system enhancement projects, and prepare related user requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams and vendors to translate business needs into system solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Develop UAT plans and test scenarios to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and expected outcomes for successful project delivery.
- Support project implementation, production rollout, user training, post-implementation review and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, System Implementation or Digital Transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, agency onboarding journey, licensing and contracting processes will be a distinct advantage.
