The Role
- Strategic Transformation & Change Management: Lead large-scale transformation programs and business enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful execution of strategic priorities while improving operational agility, efficiency, and scalability.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation while strengthening succession planning and future leadership capability.
- Digital Innovation & Automation: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies by implementing automation solutions, AI-enabled tools, digital workflows, and process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Operational Governance: Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, operating procedures, controls, and best practices to support sustainable business growth and regulatory requirements.
- Payment & Fee Administration: Provide oversight of business-critical payment and fee-related activities, ensuring robust controls, timely execution, risk management, and continuous enhancement of operational processes.
- Project Delivery: Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key representative for strategic initiatives and operational developments.
- Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve service quality, reduce manual effort, and strengthen operating efficiencies across the organization.
- Future Operating Model Development: Design and implement scalable operating models, supporting long-term business growth, increasing market demands, and a rapidly evolving operating environment.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote a forward-thinking mindset by driving ongoing improvement initiatives and supporting the adoption of new ways of working across the business.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- About 15 years of relevant experience gained within financial services
- Proven success leading strategic transformation, operational improvement, or enterprise change programs.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and managing complex initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills and sound risk management judgement.
- Experience driving technology adoption, automation initiatives, digital transformation, or process re-engineering programs.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.
