AI & Tech KOLs Manager, International Corporate Affairs

• Manage and grow international tech KOL and creator partnerships

Our client, a leading global technology and digital economy company, is looking for an experienced AI & Tech KOLs Manager to join their team and strengthen their positioning as a major player in AI across overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

• KOL Scouting & Engagement : Discover, initiate contact with, and nurture relationships with prominent technology opinion leaders, creators, analysts, writers, podcasters, and community leaders across X, Substack, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Strategy Formulation : Design and execute comprehensive influencer marketing and KOL engagement campaigns aimed at expanding global brand footprint, positive mentions, and share of voice within AI and advanced technology sectors.
• Relationship Management : Maintain enduring, productive partnerships with key digital voices to support ongoing enterprise communication programs, AI branding, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with internal communications, and business units to identify key topics, proof points, and strategic messaging relevant to international tech stakeholders.
• Social Listening & Market Intelligence : Monitor online conversations and creator discussions around AI, cloud computing, open-source technology, e-commerce innovations, and other corporate developments to capture engagement opportunities.
• Content Enablement : Support to author and curate creator-friendly materials, including briefing notes, talking points, background dossiers, compelling content hooks, and core messaging sheets.
• Community Building : Plan, organize, and execute intimate industry roundtables, developer salons, and localized gatherings to keep KOLs informed on cutting-edge innovations and foster an engaged tech creator community.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting : Oversee tracking and comprehensive reporting of campaign KPIs, including digital share of voice, reach, audience sentiment, KOL participation rates, and relationship lifecycle progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of proven professional experience in technology KOL management, influencer relations, creator partnership development, digital PR, corporate communications, and social media strategy within the tech sector.
• Possesses an existing network or a proven capability to build relationships with technology KOLs, creators, writers, analysts, or community leaders, especially on X, Substack, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Proven track record in executing creator partnerships, content collaborations, or online advocacy programs.
• Strong comprehension of the global tech and AI ecosystem, including key online communities, platforms, and creators.
• Excellent capability in analyzing social listening data, online sentiment, content performance, and digital metrics.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and relationship-building aptitudes with an innate ability to connect with digital native creators and thought leaders.
• Proficiency in using social listening tools, analytics dashboards, and influencer tracking platforms.
• Familiarity with major digital collaboration suites and project management software.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in additional major global languages is considered a strong competitive advantage.
