ManpowerGroup Greater China Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Boutique Supervisor for a luxury European watchmaking brand in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily boutique operations, ensure exceptional client experience and service standards, and lead a small team of sales professionals to hit performance targets.
Ideal candidates have minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and hold a Diploma or above with strong English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin.
