Manage systems and daily monitoring workflow
Develop and improve risk policies, procedures
Experience in corporate or commercial lending
Familiar with trade finance products
Hands-on credit assessment and analysis experience
Perform credit risk related management reports
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of reports related to compliance
Assist in the enhancement of the reporting process
Familiar with Hong Kong’s regulatory requirements such as Basel III and IFRS 9
Advance skills in Pivot Tables, Macros or VBA, knowledge of Tableau, or Power BI
Familiar with the basic operation of Bloomberg system
Qualifications of FRM/CFA/CPA is preferred
Experience in developing or validating ECL
Formulate and regularly review and update the Bank's policy framework
Compile the operational risk-related management reports
