Senior Quality Assurance Officer (服務質素保證高級主任)

• Compose the Quality Assurance Policy of Social Service Department and ensure its effectiveness;
• Plan internal service audit and lead the service quality assurance teamsto conduct regular internal audits ;
• Review and analyze the resultsof internal and external audits or feedback, and propose improvement schemes, and identify training needs ;
• Monitor the implementation and effectivenessof existing monitoring mechanisms across different service divisions; develop and maintain operational process standards to ensure consistent adoption and execution ;
• Report regularly to managementon audit result analyses, improvement plans, and ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions ;
• Analyze annual audit resultsand identify potential risk; recommend audit scope to management based on risk management principles; and
• Organize annual sharing sessionsfor social service staff aiming to continuously enhance overall service quality.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Social Service Management, Financial Management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders;
• Self-motivated team player, proactive and work independently;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words ; and
• Solid experience in quality assurance, operation management or audit management.
