Job Duties

• Report to North Asia Head of Front Office
• Accountable for timely US equities, structured products and FX option trade execution by directly working with external UHNW families & clients for AP/Greater China region
• Provide quality client service and trade support to ensure fulfilment of HKMA /SFC compliance requirements
• Facilitate automation project to cater for new business and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma holder with 5years+/- relevant trade execution/dealing and front office support experience
• Prior nightshift experience is highly desirable
• Familiar with US equities market
• Self-motivated, disciplined and committed, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Understanding of wealth management industry is highly desirable
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Account Documentation & Static Data Management

Job Duties

• Responsible for account documentation check and clients’ data maintenance
• Ensure completeness of document in accordance to regulatory requirements
• Provide back office private banking operations support that called for liaison with front office and KYC teams
• Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers in relation to clients account information
