Appointed by Global Private Wealth Management Private Bank known for its high capital ratio and established PWM history for over 100 years to search for Cross Asset Classes of Dealer for the HK North Asia Branch.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Regional Head of Dealing & partner with professional team of cross asset classes of investment advisors
• Accountable for timely equities, fixed income and structured products trade execution by collaborating with experienced private bankers for external UHNW families & clients for AP/Greater China region
• Facilitate regional and global new business/products and regulatory related initiatives
• Responsible for account documentation check and clients’ data maintenance
• Ensure completeness of document in accordance to regulatory requirements
• Provide back office private banking operations support that called for liaison with front office and KYC teams
• Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers in relation to clients account information
• Reporting to the Regional Head of Governance
• Accountable for timely preparation of management reports and analysis
• Responsible for coordinating regional governance & risk management committee meetings and agenda
• Profound Institutional Clients and Family Office Exposure
• Contribute to the growth, penetration and marketing of mandates & discretionary portfolios
• Assume the mandate specialist to attend clients’ pitch and advise them on strategic investment & asset allocation by working closely with fund managers and private bankers
• As part of the Regional CIO committee to shape investment strategies & portfolio position across APAC
• Report to Head of FCC and partner with a small professional team of 3
• Transaction Monitoring, STR & Continuous Enhancement of AML Procedures and System/Tools Review
• Investigation of trigger events/alerts to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance

Requirements

• Well qualified degree holder in Finance/ Economics with over 8 years+ relevant and steady trade execution/dealing experience
• Knowledge of Avaloq is a definite advantage
• Self-motivated, disciplined and committed, with strong sense of responsibility
• Understanding of wealth management industry is highly desirable
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
