Sales & Marketing Officer (Retail & Tradeshows)

Our client is a long-established food manufacturer with 6 retail shops and over 30 distribution points in Hong Kong. They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their Company. Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing daily retail shop operations, inventory displays, and visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and a seamless customer experience. • Monitor daily sales figures and report operational trends • Coordinate booth setup, logistics, staffing schedules, and promotional materials for local and overseas tradeshows. Provide on-site supports. • Assist in managing social media platforms, scheduling advertising campaigns, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and prospect engagement. • Collect customer feedback, competitor data, and market trends to support sales and marketing strategy development. • Execute promotional events, special offers, and on-site marketing activities to boost retail traffic and sales conversion. • Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and trade show visitors. • Attend promotional events, represent the company professionally, and help identify potential business leads and partnership opportunities. • Any ad hoc task as assigned. Requirements: • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Retail Management, or a related discipline. • At least 2 years relevant experience. • Responsible, detail-minded, well organized, good communication skills and good problem-solving skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Target oriented and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), English & Chinese word processing. • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
