Vice President

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and support functions to provide guidance on policies and procedures
• Conduct robust product reviews and compliance risk assessments
• Support the establishment of approval processes for new products
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare management information for senior stakeholders
• Support regulatory inspections and internal audits
• Design and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Lead or support compliance projects and drive continuous improvements
• Work collaboratively within the team

Requirements

• Solid experience in banking compliance
• Strong track record in business advisory, product governance, and regulatory engagement
• Experience in Treasury and/or Global Markets compliance is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Proven capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a regional or global organization is advantageous
