Multiple immediate openings with Hong Kong Based Investment & Financial Advisor to search for trilingual & experienced Corporate Finance VP/AVP.

Job Duties

• Deal Execution: Drive end-to-end execution for IPOs, M&A, and capital raising projects across SFC Type 1, 4, and 6 regulated activities.
• Front-Line Due Diligence: Conduct heavy-lifting financial analysis, industry research, and rigorous due diligence for potential transactions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare listing documents, announcements, and circulars in strict accordance with HKEX Listing Rules and SFC regulations.
• Key Liaison: Act as a critical point of contact with regulators (SFC and HKEX) and professional intermediaries.
• Origination Support: Structure high-impact pitch books and business proposals to win new mandates.

Requirements

• The Background: 4+/- years of solid and steady employment experience in Corporate Finance. Proven Type 1,4 or 6 SFC activities. With Hands On IPO execution and M&A transactions track record is definitely required.
• The Credentials: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
• The Skillset: Good understanding of HKEX Listing Rules, Takeovers Codes, and SFC guidelines. Sound analytical mind with strong financial modeling and project management skills.
• The Languages: Strong proficiency in written & spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese .
• The Mindset: Sharp attention to detail, resilient under tight deadlines, and open to frequent regional business travel.
