What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Secondary education or above with 1 year customer service experience in banking or investment industry
- Passed in IIQE or HKSI is preferred but not a must
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin
- Good presentation and communication skills
What you'll be doing on the job
- Handle customer phone enquiries in professional manner related to general banking services
- Maintain good relationship with customers and high- level service standards
