What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP accounting software (e.g.: SAP) and proficiency Microsoft Excel skills (vLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas).
• Organized and details oriented.
• Demonstrate good communications skills and teamwork.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including preparation of weekly AR reports, credit assessments, submission of credit insurance applications, and recording of bank receipts.
• Assist Customer Service team in issuing invoices accurately and timely.
• Cross-check payments and disbursements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper financial records and ensure systematic filing of supporting documents.
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the Finance team as required.
