Responsibilities
- Help establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for sales to Specialty Physicians, under direct supervision.
- Contribute to basic components of projects, programs, or processes for sales to Specialty Physicians.
- Perform simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization’s strategy for sales to Specialty Physicians.
- Document customer account information and set up reporting to monitor sales pipeline.
- Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Compensation
This job is salaried and eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
