Role Overview

The Relationship Manager, Mortgage Sales, will operate within a team environment, reporting to senior management, and focus on client engagement and retention. The role involves liaising with external partners such as real estate agencies and referral networks to drive customer acquisition. Success is measured by the ability to foster strong relationships, provide sound recommendations, and support junior colleagues through mentoring.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in insurance, banking, or finance is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' experience within the mortgage sector, either at a financial institution or brokerage firm
• Possession of relevant certifications, including MPF, general insurance, and investments, along with adherence to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and a broad range of banking offerings, including general banking services, insurance, and investments
• An independent worker with a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively collaborating across both front-line and internal departments
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships and networking within the industry
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset
