My client is a reputable financial services organization currently seeking a number of Business Analysts to join their expanding team, working on digital transformation for their debit / credit card division:
Key Responsibilities for Business Analysts:
- Gathering requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, journey reviews, and data insights; translate into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems and identify areas for improvements and enhancements
- Assisting in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services industry
- Solid exposure to digital application / digital sales platforms
- Familiar with JIRA / Confluence
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
