Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager(In-house)

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, regional marketing team at EternityX. In this role, you will drive end-to-end marketing initiatives, leverage AI and CRM tools for growth, and elevate our brand presence across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist, promote, and execute all-rounded marketing campaigns and events — including PR events, workshops, and talks — ensuring successful planning, coordination, and end-to-end event management
• Implement and monitor all digital marketing and social media channels, including SEM, LinkedIn, Social, and SEO
• Analyze site traffic and key performance metrics using Google Analytics, dashboards, and other relevant business tools, providing actionable insight reports
• Utilize our CRM tool, HubSpot, for lead generation and collaborate closely with the Sales team on business opportunities
• Leverage AI tools for analytics and content creation
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline handoffs between Sales and Marketing SOPs using AI-driven workflow tools (e.g., n8n)
• Work with design team to brainstorm and execute regional marketing campaigns that increase EternityX's brand awareness
• Create bilingual content for marketing collaterals in line with the brand's tone of voice
• Execute industry award submissions
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and provide up-to-date marketing intelligence to support the company's growth
• Provide ad-hoc and day-to-day marketing operation support for the internal team
• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, social media marketing, digital advertising, internet technology or related industry is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
• Associate degree/Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Adminstration, Advertising, Public Relations, Media, Communications, Translation, Journalism, English studies or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must
• Proven ability to build, deploy, and manage AI agents and automated workflows using platforms such as Claude or equelivent tool (Projects/Skills), Custom GPTs, Zapier, Make, Dify, or Workbuddy is highly desirable
• Demonstrated/practical experience leveraging AI tools to optimize daily business processes, construct prompt frameworks, and improve operational productivity would be advantageous
• Passionate about digital marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Ability to be multi-task oriented with strong attention to details and work under pressure
• An organized, resourceful, fast learner, attention-detailed, and self-motivated individual.
