The Sun Life FLAME (Future Leader in AI Modern Enterprise) Management Trainee Program is a structured 24-month leadership development journey designed to accelerate your growth through broad business exposure, meaningful impact, and opportunities to develop the business, leadership and AI capabilities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry. Gain Broad Business Exposure Through Cross-Functional Rotations One of the most exciting aspects of FLAME is the opportunity to gain exposure across the Life & Health business through three developmental rotations. From understanding customers and distribution channels, to shaping products and business growth, and driving operational improvement and transformation, you will develop an end-to-end perspective of how value is created for clients and the business. Along the way, you will broaden your commercial acumen, build cross-functional networks and strengthen your enterprise-wide perspective. Lead Projects That Make a Real Difference As a FLAME trainee, you won't just observe, you'll contribute. Contribute to high-impact projects that tackle real business challenges, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients and the organization. From identifying growth opportunities to driving transformation initiatives, you will take ownership of meaningful work that creates tangible impact from day one. You will also apply AI, data and analytical tools to generate insights, strengthen decision-making and drive meaningful outcomes. Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for graduates who are: Available to work full time from August 2027 onwards Recent graduate with up to 2 years’ full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027 Curious, ambitious and purpose-driven, with a passion for learning and growth. Passionate about business, innovation, technology and transformation. Strong analytical thinkers who enjoy solving problems and turning insights into action.
