Global Partnerships Manager

Why This Role Exists

Our Global Partnerships team is expanding the kinds of deals it does — beyond asset listings into TradFi and Web3 products such as DEX, wallets and blockchain infrastructure. As the pipeline grows, we need someone to build and qualify it: finding the right partners, running the early conversations, and carrying deals forward alongside our senior partnerships leads. It's a role for someone early in their partnerships career who wants exposure to real deals rather than a support function around them.

What You'll Own

• Sourcing and qualifying partnership opportunities across asset listings, TradFi and Web3 products
• Running first-touch outreach and early-stage conversations with prospective partners
• Supporting live deals through due diligence, proposal preparation and commercial negotiation, with increasing ownership as you grow into the role
• Managing day-to-day communication with existing partners and keeping relationships warm
• Preparing partner research, deal materials and internal updates for the team and senior management
• Coordinating with product, legal, compliance, risk, operations and marketing to move deals through execution
• Tracking pipeline, deal status and partner activity so nothing goes cold
• Representing Gate at relevant industry events and partner meetings

Who We're Looking For

• 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, fintech, financial services, digital assets or Web3
• Native-level English communication, with strong written and verbal ability; working Chinese is an advantage
• Genuine interest in and working knowledge of crypto and Web3 — you follow the space and can hold a credible conversation with a project team
• Comfortable with outbound: you can open a conversation with someone who doesn't know you yet and keep it going
• Organised and self-directed — you can manage your own pipeline without close supervision in a remote-first setup
• Nice to have: exposure to listings, DEX, wallets, stablecoins, tokenisation or blockchain infrastructure, or an existing network in crypto or Web3

You'll be working on live partnerships across listings, TradFi and Web3 from your first month, not sitting behind a senior BD doing admin. The team is small enough that what you source is what you work on, and you'll get direct visibility with senior management on the deals that land.
