Digital Retail Executive (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Job Purpose:

To assist Assistant Manager/Head of Digital Retail in driving online business in Hong Kong and International markets to enhance digital client experience through digital campaign execution and operation optimization.

The Role:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Operational Support

• Planning e-commerce merchandise needs based on upcoming campaigns, market trends, and promotions.
• Conducting daily QA checks of the website to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with merchandising priorities.
• Input and maintain precise product data across internal management systems.
• Curating product listing pages or editorial contents to feature a mix of styles, price points, and categories to drive conversions on regular basis.
• Review website and product performance trends to support data-driven merchandising decisions and content updates.
• Perform other duties as required to adapt to changing business needs.

Digital Campaign Planning and Execution

• Assist supervisor to manage digital campaign calendar to identify and animate key E-Commerce moments/ Gifting Occasions e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, 11.11, Black Friday Cyber Monday
• Implement promotion mechanics per campaign by sourcing GWP, develop special services e.g. delivery, packaging, membership privileges to animate digital campaigns to accelerate sales performance and upgrade digital shopping experience
• Coordinate with digital and marketing teams to map out 360 communication plan to ensure the success of digital campaigns in driving sales, recruitment and retention
• Work closely with Tech team for campaign/ promotion set up; Drive tech enhancement needed for front-end display and Ops excellence to ensure the success of the campaigns.
• Execute and follow through the launch of digital campaigns with ad-hoc tasks, Ops optimization.

Online Sales Reporting and Analysis

• In depth analysis and reporting of online business and campaign performance from different perspectives
• Undertake regular competitive analysis and digital industry trends
• Leverage analytical tools like GA to share business insights with digital team
• Identify business opportunities to achieve sales target and business KPIs include, but not limited to Conversion rate, Average Order Value and Unit per Transaction
• Propose action plans, promotion and campaign ideas to maximize online sales.
• Provide analysis and insights on post-mortems for digital campaigns.

Performance Reporting

• Work with supervisor to ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales report can be delivered in a timely manner.
• Communicate digital sales performance by markets, by channels, by clients, by BUs, to find any sales opportunities and risks.
• Close work with digital retail, digital merchandising, digital production, digital communications, Merchandising Planning and Allocation, Client Service Centre, Logistics and Warehouse team to deliver digital sales and better client experience.

The Ideal candidate:

• Familiar with ecommerce campaigns, ecommerce platforms, and marketing trends in Hong Kong and International markets
• Passionate about luxury goods, digital, and trade marketing initiatives
• Strong with numbers and data analysis
• Excellent in Excel, Web analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics
• Detail-oriented
• Good communication skill
