Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the New Installation Sales strategy to achieve revenue, order booking, market share, and profitability targets
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding the project pipeline
• Monitor sales performance and market developments, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, main contractors, and other key stakeholders
• Manage major tenders, contract negotiations, and strategic customer engagements
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements

• Holder of Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering / Marketing, or a related discipline with at least 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a people management role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence customers and internal teams at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and competitive environment
