(Senior) Merchant Growth Specialist (Cashback)

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our partner network, negotiating top-tier deals, and cross-functionally coordinating resources to drive commercial success.

What You Will Be Doing

• Key Account Management: Oversee major accounts. Negotiate and structure affiliate deals that maximise mutual value and secure competitive commercial structures.
• Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in performance marketing, which requires hands-on execution of Meta, Google, and other digital ads in order to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Operational Support: Support the team in managing data, tracking performance, and uncovering actionable insights.

Who Is Our Right Fit

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience, with a proven track record in business development, partnerships, or product development.
• Industry: Experience or knowledge in the sales, marketing, or OTA industry is a strong advantage.
• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Mindset: An organized multitasker with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
