Senior Officer, Medical Partnership (Business Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve core business target on strategic goal
• Serve as a strategic bridge between core business and external healthcare providers to identify and convert potential business opportunities
• Provide daily on-site clinic visit
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Affiliate Providers and Solo Doctors
• Act as the primary point of contact for network partners, gathering feedback and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement
• Develop and execute actionable strategic plans, partnership initiatives, and engagement programs to foster deeper collaboration with network doctors and clinics
• Actively participate in user feedback and system enhancement initiatives for the D&I platform to improve operational efficiency and tracking
• Analyse network performance and clinic visit insights to refine partnership strategies
• Assist to streamline and optimize the referral mechanism and participate in enhancing D&I system

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to interface effectively with medical professionals
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily field activity and clinic visit.
• Solid organizational skills with a process-improvement mindset
