Senior Financial Analyst (BP ops & month end closing focus)

The Company

We are currently helping our client seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Business Partner (BP) Operations and take ownership of month-end closing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, strong in financial analysis, and able to work efficiently under month-end timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Support BP operations including reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc requests.


• Own and coordinate month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate results.


• Perform financial analysis and variance explanations for business performance.


• Prepare and update management reports and ensure reporting consistency.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve month-end efficiency.


• Support process improvement initiatives for finance workflows and controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting


• Possession of HKICPA or an equivalent professional


• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in financial management and financial analysis, preferably some audit experience


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders.


• Advanced Excel skills (or equivalent) with strong attention to detail.


• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese
