Bank Digital Channels Officer (~HK$29.5K,11-month contract)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the frontline teams to receive the client inquiries related to Digital channels and provide the necessary resolution
• Raise & co-ordinate for the Tech incident for client inquiries which requires Tech investigation and resolution
• Analyze the customer feedback, identify themes and collaborate with the FTB scrums on Tech side to investigate & resolve the issues
• Notify the teams related to release schedules and availability of services during the release window
• Co-ordinate for the release of features & functionalities for the Mobile App with the product owners across businesses & Tech
• Maintain the list of all the regulatory alerts & confirm content accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 Years of experience in Product/Business Analysis roles in Banking, Digital Platforms experience is preferred
• Excellent numerical/analytical capability
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Lateral thinker who demonstrates drive and commitment to delivering innovative solutions
• Customer-centric
