Job Description

• Own and deliver the overall commercial strategy for the Hong Kong market


• Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability


• Manage full P&L responsibility and ensure achievement of business objectives


• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team


• Strengthen relationships with key retail partners and distributors


• Develop and execute winning Modern Trade strategies across major retail channels


• Collaborate closely with regional teams on business planning, portfolio management, and go-to-market initiatives


• Identify new growth opportunities, market trends, and innovation pipelines


• Ensure effective forecasting, commercial planning, and performance management

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline


• 8+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods industries


• Strong Modern Trade management background is essential


• Proven track record managing key accounts with major retail chains


• Demonstrated experience owning and managing P&L responsibilities


• Experience leading and developing small to mid-sized commercial teams


• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability


• Creative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset


• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills


• Fluent in both English and Mandarin; Cantonese is highly advantageous


• Comfortable working within a matrix, multinational environment and engaging regularly with regional leadership
