Our team of professionals includes psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, social workers and teachers. We serve more than 15,000 families every year at our service units, as well as mainstream kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. As an innovative service provider, Heep Hong Society is dedicated to researching evidence-based treatment approaches and promoting the development of integrated education and the rehabilitation sector through research, training and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
• Support corporate event and A/V equipment setup
• Provide software/hardware installation services and troubleshooting
• Conduct periodical IT inventory stocktaking exercise
• Assist in Infrastructure administration and monitoring
• Maintain operational procedures, system documentation and IT asset inventories
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned
• Undertake any other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT administration and infrastructure maintenance, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows environments, Microsoft 365/Office applications, hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), and mobile devices
• Hands on experience in administration of Endpoint protection, Email gateway, File & Print server, Patch Management, Data Backup solutions etc
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) 
• Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and virtual platforms
• Experience in network monitoring tools setup is an advantage
• Experience with Audio/Visual (AV) equipment and event setup is an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Possesses a positive, "can-do" attitude. Ability to take direction from the Manager, collaborate on project rollouts, and tackle ad-hoc duties with a proactive, willing-to-learn mindset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
