About the role

A leading global Equity & Investor Relations Advisory Firm, is currently seeking a talented Director level candidate to join its team in HONG KONG. They have a growing global reputation and presence across APAC and can provide excellent career opportunities to work with large blue-chip firms across the region.

The ideal candidate should have experience within Equity Research, and Investor Relations, have established themselves as an expert across hot button issues that public listed companies face including capital market and Investment trends etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client development and new business initiatives across Investor Relations, and Equity Research and Advisory services
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for some of the firm's largest clients in local and regional markets.
• Manage team leads on client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, lead team on development investor relations strategy and programs for clients
• Lead on NDR and DR's
• Advise clients on critical issues, challenging financial situations
• Create innovative communication strategies and plans to drive client business growth

About the Candidate

• University degree
• Excellent Hong Kong Investor and Financial Media relations
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or equity sales, ideally with in a consulting setting
• A demonstrated understanding about capital markets and IR a must
• Experience working with clients across a variety of sectors
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think and write creatively and strategically
• Knowledge about HK listings and compliance a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English a MUST, Chinese a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit
