Senior Manager - Corporate Development, Leading Financial Institution

We are looking for an experienced M&A professional to join a fast-paced corporate development team at a major financial group. In this role, you will help drive growth through acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities
• Lead and perform financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
• Support end-to-end deal execution, working closely with internal teams (finance, legal, risk, operations) and external advisors
• Prepare materials and present recommendations to senior leadership

Key Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects
• Strong financial literacy is a must - solid modelling and analytical skills are essential
• Preferred background in insurance or asset manager corporate development; FIG IBD (Financial Institutions Group investment banking); General corporate development & M&A, Big 4 or actuarial consulting background
• Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
