Merchant Marketing Manager

Build a business-oriented core operating metrics system for marketing campaigns. Leverage AI-powered data analytics tools (e.g., SQL AI assistants, BI automation) for daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews, continuously monitoring business health. Iteratively optimize monitoring frameworks, proactively identify operational improvement opportunities, and drive business growth.

2.Supply Strategy & Campaign Operations

Develop supply-side campaign operating plans aligned with business stages to continuously improve the breadth and quality of campaign supply. Utilize AI tools to assist strategy generation and performance forecasting, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure the achievement of core KPIs related to merchant participation quantity and quality.

3.Campaign Operations

Manage supply-side recruitment for fixed marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams including C-end operations and key business stakeholders to ensure efficient execution. Conduct post-campaign reviews to continuously improve recruitment completion rates and supply richness.

4. Product Improvement

Streamline and refine SOPs for campaign enrollment configuration, identifying process bottlenecks. Drive feature updates and iterations for campaign-related marketing products and tools to enhance enrollment and configuration efficiency. Explore AI-powered applications in operational workflows.

5. AI Tool Application

Proactively leverage AI tools to enhance daily work efficiency, explore best practices for AI in data analysis and operations, and continuously elevate AI tool adoption across the team.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in internet or related industries. Familiar with various internet marketing campaign strategies and playbooks.

2.Strong data analysis skills — capable of independently conducting data extraction and analysis. Demonstrates data-driven thinking combined with AI-assisted working awareness.

3.Strong logical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to present work outputs in an organized manner. Possesses AI tool application awareness, able to leverage AI for data analysis, reporting, and operational optimization, while continuously exploring best practices for AI in this role.

4.Strong teamwork orientation, with project management and risk management capabilities. Able to drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively across departments.
