Corporate Sales

• Develop and expand relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to grow business across global markets products.


• Drive revenue generation through foreign exchange, derivatives, and risk management solutions.


• Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing business processes.


• Contribute to the growth and development of the markets business across the region.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, trading, product, and coverage teams to deliver client solutions.


• Manage and deepen client relationships through proactive engagement and solution-oriented advisory.


• Support the sales lifecycle, including client onboarding, product discussions, execution, and ongoing relationship management.


• Assist with process enhancement initiatives and contribute to broader team objectives.


• Participate in business-driven projects and other ad hoc initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.


• At least 5 years of experience within financial markets, corporate banking, or a related area of the financial services industry.


• Strong understanding of foreign exchange, interest rate products, derivatives, and corporate hedging solutions.


• Experience working with corporate clients and providing risk management or treasury-related solutions.


• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external counterparts.


• Proven relationship-building skills and a client-focused mindset.


• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and market information platforms.


• Knowledge of data analytics, automation, or programming tools such as Python or VBA would be advantageous.


• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.


• Eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
