What The Day Will Look Like

• Lead strategic client relationship for assigned clients
• Build trusted advisor relationship with senior client stakeholders
• Drive client retention, satisfaction and long-term account growth
• Provide strategic advice on employee benefit programs
• Lead renewal strategy development and negotiations with insurers
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Support new business development tenders, technical selling and client pitches

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in broking or insurance business development
• Strong proposal writing, storyboarding and presentation skills
• Effective negotiator with clients and insurers, able to manage complex, multi
• stakeholder situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; confident presenting and negotiating in all three languages
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.t
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
