AI Content Strategist (AI, Search & Social)

Content is becoming central to how brands are discovered across search engines, AI platforms and social channels. YouFind is developing an AI-powered content engine that combines AI speed with human strategy, judgement and quality control. This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, editorial judgement, client communication and practical use of LLM tools. You will help decide what content should be created, how it should be structured, how AI should be used and whether the final output is accurate, useful, on-brand and ready for the client.

Key responsibilities

Content Strategy & Architecture

• Translate client business goals, target audiences, customer journeys and search or AI queries into clear content plans, outlines, briefs and format recommendations.
• Select the right format for each need, including website pages, SEO articles, FAQs, comparison content, whitepapers, social posts and PR content.
• Research clients' industries, products, audiences and competitors; identify information gaps, content risks and brand or sector-specific restrictions.
• Create concise client-facing outlines and detailed internal content instructions that content and technical teams can execute.

AI Workflow & Editorial Quality

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar tools for research, ideation, drafting, critique, restructuring and content improvement.
• Review AI-generated outlines and content; identify unsupported claims, weak logic, poor flow, generic language, brand mismatch and content that may be technically correct but unsuitable for the client.
• Work with the AI Optimizer and technical teams to improve prompts, templates, multi-agent workflows, content playbooks and QA checklists.
• Ensure Hong Kong Traditional Chinese tone, English quality, factual accuracy, readability and consistent brand voice.
• Turn client feedback and performance learnings into repeatable rules that continuously improve the AI Content Engine.

Client & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Join selected client kick-off or clarification calls, ask the right questions and translate business needs into actionable content requirements.
• Work closely with Account Servicing, content, and technical teams from brief and approval through to production and delivery.
• Explain content rationale clearly, manage feedback constructively and help resolve content or workflow issues quickly.
• Support analysis and reporting on content performance, AI visibility, engagement and conversion where applicable.

About you

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in content strategy, editorial, content marketing, SEO content or a digital agency environment.
• Strong editorial judgement and the ability to explain why content works, what is missing and what should be changed.
• Excellent Hong Kong Traditional Chinese writing, fluent Cantonese and good written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools in real work, with ability to show how you prompt, verify, edit and improve AI output.
• Strong research, fact-checking, analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work with clients, Account Servicing and technical teams.
• Adaptable, curious and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where tools and workflows continue to evolve.
• Good understanding of search and social content. SEO and/ or experience in one or more sectors such as finance, healthcare, education, beauty, retail, B2B or professional services is an advantage.
• Agency or multi-client experience, together with a portfolio of content, strategy work or AI-assisted workflows, is preferred.
• Candidates with stronger relevant experience may be considered for Senior AI Content Strategist.
