Customer Service Assistant (Internship/Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist to perform account documents review for both new account and existing accounts. Provide general administrative support to the office
• Responsible for daily data entry and document filing
• Make calls to the existing clients for the services renewal
• Guests greeting in a professional and polite manner
• Perform ad-hoc project and assignment

Requirements

• Pleasant and friendly personality; professional phone call manner
• Independent, Customer focused, with strong analytical and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese & conversational Mandarin
• At least 3 days per week
