My client is a top-tier, independent communications firm that is looking for a Senior Manager to be based out of their Hong Kong office. The right candidate will have strong experience in corporate reputation, communications and strategy across financial and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Senior client advisor for strategic communications, ensuring alignment with business goals and value for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior account members, support talent growth, and balance workloads.
• Shape integrated communications programs across internal and external audiences.
• Provide expert counsel and strategy during crises and sensitive issues.
• Support business growth through client expansion, pitches, networking, and developing new opportunities.
• Apply commercial skills to retain accounts, maximise success, and optimise resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends, contribute to agency initiatives, and support global marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong consultancy and corporate communications experience (6-8+ years); ideally in finance, tech, real estate etc.
• Strong sector expertise in insurance, asset management, capital markets, fintech, technology, and sustainability.
• Ability to advise on digital transformation, regulation, market changes, and sustainability.
• Successful in supporting new business development pitches and adept at client retention, presenting and building relationships.
• Experience managing projects and crisis communications.
